Advantage Partner Benefits

There are many short terms and long-term benefits to your involvement in the Advantage Partner Program:

There is no cost to be part of the Advantage Partner Program.

There are no limiting requirements or terms associated with the program.

Referring customers for the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central provides the partner with the opportunity to receive a referral rebate each month for the Business Central subscription licenses that the customer purchases. Which will mean that a monthly recurring payment to the Advantage Partner.

Note* Rebate only applies where erp werx is the manager of the subscription license.

Partners may provide added value services which the partner can sell to the customer who uses Business Central, these may include Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI or other services.

Any customer you introduce will always remain your customer. We treat your customer as if they are ours in terms of the quality of service we provide, however we will always remain respectful to the understanding that this is your customer.

We will work with you and the customer to assist with the introduction of any added value option or services that you may wish to introduce, which will further enhance the customers use of Business Central.


Commercial Services Engagement Models

Direct

erp werx will engage directly with customers in terms of both initial implementation and ongoing support after going live

All commercial aspects of the relationship with your client regarding Business Central will be managed direct, with invoicing direct to client from erp werx

Indirect

erp werx will engage with both MSP and customer jointly in terms of project management of the implementation with execution of the work directly with client by erp werx

MSP may consolidate its invoices for the customer to include the work also delivered to the client by erp werx


Advantage Partner Engagement Process

The following process will be applied when undertaking an engagement with erp werx through the Advantage Partner Program.

Initial contact

When the partner has identified a customer which they feel would benefit from a transition to ERP (Business Central), the partner will access the advantage partner portal (provided by erp werx) and request a meeting through the online connection form. A teams meeting will be arranged to discuss the customer providing a brief about the customers issues and future needs.

Qualification

A meeting (either via teams or in person) will be arranged with the customer (both partner and erp werx to attend) where further direct questions will be put to the customer for information to be obtained which will qualify the customer for a transition to Business central. If the customer is qualified, then this process will also assist in determining whether the customer is a good fit for the small business fixed approach or require a more typical ERP approach.

Formal Proposal

We will then prepare a formal proposal (depending on the identified best approach) and will deliver this to the customer for review. A determination on the BC licensing will also need to be made with the option for the partner to manage licensing as part of the agreement.

Signoff

On the signoff of the proposal by the customer, erp werx will work with the partner (if licensing managed by the partner) in erp werx accessing the environment. erp werx will then commence the project and engagement with the customer following all pre-prescribed project methodology steps and actions.

Communications

The partner will be included in all communications with the customer throughout the project, this will include all status reports, etc.
