Why Australian businesses choose Wiise ERP

Wiise takes Business Central and adds the local features Australian businesses need. For example, you get bank feeds from all major Australian banks, Single Touch Payroll, GST and BAS reporting, and KPMG-designed charts of accounts.

Because it runs on Microsoft's platform, Wiise also works inside Outlook, Teams and Excel. Your data sits in Microsoft's Australian Azure data centres, so you can run the business securely from anywhere. According to Wiise, more than 300 Australian businesses already use it.

What's new in Wiise ERP in 2026

Wiise releases its own features on top of Microsoft's twice-yearly Business Central updates. As a result, the platform keeps improving without a costly re-implementation. Recent highlights include:

  • AI budget forecasting (March 2026): build budgets and forecasts inside Wiise instead of modelling them in Excel.
  • BAS lodgement direct to the ATO (April 2026): lodge your Business Activity Statement from Wiise, so you no longer re-key figures in the ATO portal.
  • Wiise GST Agent (May 2026): an AI check that flags GST errors before they turn into BAS problems.
  • Multi-entity payroll (July 2026): import one Employment Hero or KeyPay payroll file, then let Wiise post it to the right entity automatically.
  • Stripe payments update (September 2026): Wiise stops card surcharges for Australian customers from 1 October 2026, in line with the RBA's payment reforms.
  • Copilot and the Sales Order Agent: reconcile bank accounts in seconds, ask questions in plain English, and turn customer emails into sales orders.
